DeLap & Sons, Chickasaw County, $3 Legal Tender look alike, 1886-87, these were "stock" advertising note designs that were stamped or printed with advertising message locally, although the attribution is uncertain, a JW DeLap was listed as a landowner in Dresden, Iowa in 1892.
